Peak Performance Program Overview

This is an invite only, high-performance training program designed for athletes who are serious about their development and committed to maximizing their off-season. All interested athletes must complete our application or contact us directly to be considered, regardless of previous involvement with our programs.

Athletes accepted into the program will train within a fully integrated development model, including on-court training, strength and conditioning, performance nutrition education, and recruitment guidance. This program is designed to reflect the standards and expectations of post-secondary and high-performance volleyball environments, ensuring athletes are not only improving their skills, but developing as complete athletes.

Training Environment & Development Approach

Athletes will work closely with our national-level coaching staff — Coach Julio, Coach Cornwall, and Coach Maleki— in a focused, high-performance training environment. Sessions are intentionally run in a small-group, single-court setting to allow for a higher level of attention to detail, consistent feedback, and meaningful repetition.

On-court training is structured to reflect the pace and demands of higher-level competition. Athletes will be guided through technical refinement, position-specific work, and lots of live gameplay, with an emphasis on decision-making, execution under pressure, and consistency.

Alongside on-court development, athletes will follow a structured strength and conditioning program designed to improve strength, power, movement quality, and overall athletic performance. The physical component of this program is treated as a core part of development, not a supplement to it.

This program also incorporates education in areas that are critical to long-term performance but often overlooked. Athletes will receive guidance on meal planning, performance-based caloric intake, and recovery strategies to support the demands of training. In addition, we will incorporate recruitment strategies, including how to build effective highlight videos, communicate with post-secondary coaches, and navigate exposure opportunities.

The environment is intentionally small and selective with a maximum of 16 players per program. It is designed for athletes who are prepared to be challenged, held accountable, and want to be coached closely over the course of each training block. The structure is demanding by design, and best suited for athletes who are willing to approach their development with maturity and determination.

Athletes who are currently working with a strength coach may request exemption from the gym portion of the program, pending approval. Please contact us directly to discuss individual situations.
