Football (On-Field Training)
Our On-Field Football Training is available in both private (1:1) and small group (2–8 athletes) formats with Coach Maleki. Whether you're looking for a single session to work on specific skills or ongoing training to support your long-term development, we offer flexible options to fit your needs.
Sessions are tailored to each athlete's age, position, experience level, and goals, with a focus on improving position-specific technique, football IQ, movement efficiency, speed, agility, and overall game performance. Athletes can book individual sessions as needed or commit to ongoing training packages at a discounted rate for greater consistency and continued progress.
Small group training provides the opportunity to train alongside teammates or friends in a competitive and motivating environment while still receiving individualized coaching and feedback. Every session is designed to help athletes build confidence, develop game-ready skills, and maximize their potential on the field.

Sessions are tailored to each athlete's age, experience level, sport, position, and performance objectives, with a focus on improving strength, speed, power, mobility, and overall athleticism. Athletes can book individual sessions as needed or commit to ongoing training packages at a discounted rate for greater consistency and long-term progress.
Small group training allows athletes to train alongside friends or teammates in a motivating environment while still receiving individualized coaching and attention. All sessions are designed to help athletes train safely, efficiently, and with purpose.
