Youth Football Program

Each session includes 45 minutes in the gym focused on strength and conditioning, followed by 45 minutes on the turf developing position-specific technique. Designed exclusively for athletes aspiring to play post-secondary football, this program offers 8 sessions of high-intensity training led by a former Division I athlete and 5-year CFL player, who has coached extensively at various levels, most recently as Team BC’s U18 Head Linebacker coach.

Spots are limited, and athletes will be grouped by position for tailored development.

  • Private Lessons (on-field only)

    Private lessons provide one-on-one attention, allowing athletes to focus on their individual strengths and weaknesses. These sessions are ideal for refining technique, developing football IQ, and accelerating skill development. Personalized coaching ensures each athlete maximizes their potential and prepares to compete at higher levels.

  • Group Lessons (on-field only)

    Small group sessions offer a competitive, team-like environment while still giving personalized attention. Athletes benefit from learning alongside peers, developing communication and situational awareness, and pushing each other to improve. These sessions are perfect for skill development in a collaborative, motivating setting.
