New to personal training or consistent gym workouts? This is your starting point! Perfect for athletes in grades 8-10 who are eager to build a solid foundation and learn proper movement patterns. We’ll teach you everything from the ground up and help you develop confidence in the gym.

Ready to take it to the next level? You’ve got experience with fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, bench press, and rows. You understand proper form and are hungry to push your limits, increase your lifts, and see serious results. It’s time to unlock your full athletic potential!
Led by certified former Division 1 athlete and CFL Veteran, Maleki Harris
Coach Harris is a South Alabama Football Alumni who played 5 years in the CFL. He’s been training at an elite level since childhood and knows exactly what it takes to see real results. As a certified personal trainer, he’s passionate about helping athletes develop the work ethic and mindset needed to reach their full potential on and off the court or field. With extensive knowledge in sports performance, weight training, and youth athletics, he’s committed to helping committed athlete take their game to the next level.
