SUMMER CAMPS
Our Camps are open to all club athletes in Grades 7–12 by application, with limited spots available per position. Led by our national-level coaches, we offer Position-Specific Camps, Competition Camps, and PREP Camps designed to help athletes prepare for upcoming school, club and provincial team tryouts.

PROSPECT PROGRAM
Our Prospect Program is open to all club athletes in Grades 7–10 by application. Athletes train in a focused, small-group environment with high-rep and consistent, quality feedback from experienced coaches — perfect for those eager to build strong fundamentals for long-term development.

Our Positional Programs are open to competitive club athletes in Grades 10–12 by application. Training is delivered in a small-group format with high-paced reps, focused technical work, and consistent, high-quality feedback from experienced national-level coaches.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
Ready to take your athleticism to the next level this summer? Our outdoor, high-intensity training sessions are designed specifically for volleyball players looking to build speed, power, and overall fitness in a challenging, supportive environment.
Led by former Division 1 athlete and CFL pro Maleki Harris, with programming support from Coach Cornwall, these small group workouts combine explosive movements, agility drills, and competitive conditioning to help athletes develop the strength and endurance needed for peak performance. Choose from small or large groups and get ready to push your limits—discover what you’re truly capable of this offseason!
