ATHLETIC TRAINING

Ready to take your athleticism to the next level this summer? Our outdoor, high-intensity training sessions are designed specifically for volleyball players looking to build speed, power, and overall fitness in a challenging, supportive environment.

Led by former Division 1 athlete and CFL pro Maleki Harris, with programming support from Coach Cornwall, these small group workouts combine explosive movements, agility drills, and competitive conditioning to help athletes develop the strength and endurance needed for peak performance. Choose from small or large groups and get ready to push your limits—discover what you’re truly capable of this offseason!
