Our Training

We offer two training pathways: invite-only programs for high school athletes identified for advanced development, and application-based camps and clinics offered throughout the year for athletes seeking higher-level training. All programming is open to athletes from any club and is tailored to each group, ensuring focused and purposeful development.

1) Invite-Only Training

  • JUNIOR PROGRAM

    Our Junior Program supports identified developing athletes at the early stages of their high-performance journey. This invite-only group is selected through our online application or identification at previous camps and training sessions.

  • JR. VARSITY PROGRAM

    Our Junior Varsity Program is designed for competitive athletes progressing in their high-performance development. This invite-only group is selected through our online application or identification at previous camps and training sessions.

  • VARSITY PROGRAM

    Our Varsity Program is for our most advanced athletes preparing to compete at the post-secondary level. This invite-only group is selected through our online application or identification at previous camps and training sessions.

2) Application Based Training

  • SPRING BREAK CAMPS

    Our camps are open to all club athletes, with limited spots per position. Led by our national-level coaches, we offer in-season Reps Over Rest Camps to support you while others take time off, as well as PREP Camps designed to prepare athletes for school, club & Team BC tryouts.

  • PROSPECT PROGRAM

    Our Prospect Program is open to all girls in Grades 7–9. Athletes train in a focused, small-group environment with high-rep and consistent, quality feedback from experienced coaches — perfect for those eager to build strong fundamentals for long-term development.
