POSITIONAL WINTER PROGRAMS

Winter Schedule:

Sunday Evenings: January 4th – March 8th, 2026

4:30 - 6:00 PM - Setters Lab (open to setters and liberos)

6:00 - 7:30 PM - Liberos Lab (all positions are encouraged)

7:30 - 9:00 PM - Swingers Lab (open to all attackers; middles, left sides and right sides)

(10 sessions total, approximately $30/hour)

Our High School Positional Program is an application-only program designed for all competitive high school club athletes in grades 10-12 (grade 9s will be considered). Training runs once a week for ten weeks this winter, offering 10 sessions focused on technical development, positional training and IQ development.

New AAthletes must apply for our training and receive acceptance before registering. No refunds will be issued for purchases made prior to acceptance.

Previous AAthletes can register directly!

Registration Includes:

  • 15 hours of training led by national-level coaches

  • Small group format — 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, max 16 athletes per court

  • Focused environment with other determined athletes

  • High-paced drills with elevated attention to technical and tactical detail

  • Consistent, high-quality feedback from experienced, reliable coaches
