


JUNIOR - Tailored Training Program
Fall Schedule:
September 8 β November 26, 2025
Mondays and/or Wednesdays | 6:00 AM β 7:30 AM
(12 sessions per class, approximately $32/hour)

Our Junior Tailored Training Program is an invite-only program that supports identified developing athletes at the early stages of their high-performance journey. This invite-only group is selected through our online application or identification at recent camps and training programs that we feel have demonstrated at least three of our core attributes: Work Ethic, Skill, Size, Discipline, and IQ.
This fall, our Junior athletes can choose to train with us once or twice per week, depending on their involvement in other sports and their current training load. With that said, we know how busy different seasons can be β which is why our Tailored Training Programs are designed to support, not compete with, club and school team schedules. We monitor jump volume and training load closely, adjusting intensity as needed.
Registration Includes:
18 hours of training led by national-level coaches
Small group format β 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, max 16 athletes per court
Competitive environment with other identified and driven AAthletes
High-paced drills with elevated attention to technical and tactical detail
Pause-play training to develop advanced game IQ
Mental training and university mentorship integrated into sessions
Consistent, high-quality feedback from experienced, reliable coaches
Group attendance to a Varsity (USport/NCAA) game every 6 weeks (additional cost)
Athletes must apply for our Tailored Training Programs and receive acceptance before registering. No refunds will be issued for purchases made prior to acceptance.
