Junior Varsity Tailored Training Program (Invite-Only)
The Junior Varsity Program is designed for our competitive athletes progressing in their high-performance development that we feel have demonstrated at least three of our core attributes: Power, Skill, IQ, Discipline, and Size. Selected athletes are serious about their development and committed to pursuing post-secondary opportunities.
Training runs once a week for twelve, offering 12 high-intensity sessions focused on technical development, positional training, and competitive gameplay. Each athlete is placed in a small group tailored to their positional needs, with targeted coaching and built-in high-level competition.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00am - 7:30am
Winter Schedule – Coming soon
Registration Includes:
18 hours of training led by national-level coaches
Small group format — 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, max 16 athletes per court
High-paced drills with elevated attention to technical and tactical detail
Pause-play training to develop advanced game IQ
Competitive environment with other identified and driven AAthletes
Mental training and university mentorship integrated into sessions
Consistent, high-quality feedback from experienced, reliable coaches
Group attendance to a Varsity (USport/NCAA) game every 6 weeks — ticket included
We know how busy different seasons can be — which is why our Tailored Training Programs are designed to support, not compete with, club and school team schedules. We monitor jump volume and training load closely, adjusting intensity as needed — from high-output “red zone” sessions to lower-intensity “green zone” work focused on reps and precision.
Athletes must apply for our Tailored Training Programs and receive acceptance before registering. No refunds will be issued for purchases made prior to acceptance.
