Fall Schedule

Mondays, 7:00pm–9:00pm
January 12th – March 9th (8 weeks, approx. $28/hour)

Our Prospect Program is designed for male athletes in Grades 7–9 who aspire to play post-secondary volleyball and are motivated to improve in a structured, high-quality training environment. The program is open to athletes in all positions and emphasizes building a strong athletic and technical foundation that supports long-term development.

Training focuses on individual skill development and position-specific fundamentals, while also integrating small-sided and full-game play to help athletes apply their skills in game-like situations. Athletes will consistently be challenged to read the game, make effective decisions, and understand team concepts—key components of developing a high volleyball game IQ.

Registration Includes:

  • 12 hours of training led by our National level AA coaches

  • Small-group format (1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, max 16 athletes per court)

  • High-repetition drills with technical and tactical detail

  • Reliable, experienced coaching with consistent feedback

⚠️ Note: New athletes must apply and receive acceptance before registering.
