Tailored Training Program

$900.00

Our Junior Varsity + Varsity Tailored Training is an invite-only program designed for Grades 10–12 athletes that are competing at a high-performance level, with professional coaching tailored to their individual development and long-term goals.

This invite-only program is our highest-level training environments in the fall. Training will run across two courts, allowing athletes to be grouped based on level, position, and developmental needs while maintaining a highly competitive, high-quality environment. Placement is intentional—we want athletes training at a level that challenges them while still providing the reps, coaching, and opportunities they need to develop. The program will be led by Coach Julio and Coach Cornwall, bringing extensive university, national, and international-level coaching experience into the gym each morning.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Location: Surrey Christian Secondary School
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays (10 weeks)
Start Date: September 15
End Date: November 19
Time: 6:00–7:30 AM
Level: Junior Varsity + Varsity

Each session will have a specific technical and tactical focus. Athletes will first work on refining the details of the skill, then progress into game-like scenarios that require them to read, make decisions, and apply that technique within the flow of play.

A significant portion of training will be competitive. We’ll use wash games, situational play, and different competitive formats throughout the fall to create specific problems for athletes to solve and give them meaningful opportunities to apply what they are learning.

The goal is not simply to play more volleyball—it is to help athletes understand the game at a higher level, execute strong technique under pressure, and become more confident and effective decision-makers. Over the 10 weeks, we’ll continue building on these concepts so athletes are developing both the technical quality and volleyball IQ required for higher levels of the game.

Grade 10 Athletes: Placement between our Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday training groups will be determined by our coaching staff based on individual readiness and developmental needs.
