Our Sunday Positional Training is designed for high school club athletes in Grades 9–12 who want more individualized attention on the details of their game. Sessions focus on technical development, position-specific decision-making, situational IQ, and high-quality repetitions, with coaching tailored to what each athlete needs to improve. We maintain a maximum 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure athletes receive consistent feedback, individualized coaching, and the attention to detail required to make meaningful technical changes.
The majority of each session is focused on individual technical development, high-quality repetitions, and position-specific feedback, meaning an athlete’s development is not dependent on those around them. Athletes will work together throughout training, but the focus remains on improving their own skills, decisions, and positional needs. As the session progresses, athletes will have opportunities to apply what they’ve worked on in game-like and competitive situations, learning how to execute their skills alongside others and develop as a group.
Athletes who competed on a Division 1 club team at Provincials last season are welcome to register directly. All other athletes are asked to apply prior to registering so our coaching staff can ensure the training environment is appropriate for their current level and developmental needs.
