Varsity Peak Performance Program (Invite Only)
This is an invite-only, high-performance training program designed for athletes who are serious about their development and committed to maximizing their off-season. All interested athletes must complete our application or contact us directly to be considered, regardless of previous involvement with our programs.
Our programs are designed to reflect the standards and expectations of post-secondary and high-performance volleyball environments — helping athletes not only improve their volleyball skills, but develop as complete athletes both physically and mentally throughout the off-season.
Varsity Program (~ Grades 11–12+)
On-Court Schedule
June Training Block (June 9th – July 4th)
Thursdays: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Exception:
Thursday July 2nd: 4:30pm – 6:30pm**
Total On-Court Training Volume: 16 hours
Investment: Approximately $30/hour
Setter Positions: 1 SPOT REMAINING!
Middle Blocker Positions: 1 SPOT REMAINING!
Outside Hitter Positions: 1 SPOT REMAINING!
Libero Positions: FULL!
Optional Strength & Conditioning Add-On
Athletes also have the option to add our structured strength & conditioning program at a discounted rate (20% off) exclusive to Peak Performance athletes. The strength & conditioning program is available in both beginner and advanced training groups, allowing athletes to train in an environment appropriate for their experience level and physical development.

The two facilities are approximately a 10-minute drive from each other.
Training Environment & Development Approach
Athletes will work closely with our national-level coaching staff in a focused, high-performance training environment throughout the off-season. Unlike many traditional training environments, we intentionally operate in a small-group, single-court setting with a maximum of 16 athletes per program. This allows for a higher level of attention to detail, consistent feedback, meaningful repetition, and stronger coaching relationships throughout training.
Our optional strength & conditioning program is designed specifically for volleyball athletes and focuses on improving strength, power, movement quality, athleticism, and long-term physical development. The off-season is one of the most important opportunities athletes have to build the physical foundation required to compete at higher levels of the game.
This environment is intentionally selective and demanding by design. It is built for athletes who are prepared to be challenged, held accountable, and coached closely throughout the summer by staff who are deeply invested in their long-term development both on and off the court.
