Training Environment & Development Approach
Athletes will work closely with our national-level coaching staff in a focused, high-performance training environment four times per week. Unlike many other environments, we intentionally operate in a small-group, single-court setting with a maximum of 16 athletes per program. This allows for a higher level of attention to detail, consistent feedback, meaningful repetition, and closer coaching relationships throughout the off-season.
Alongside on-court development, athletes will follow a structured strength and conditioning program designed to improve strength, power, movement quality, and overall athletic performance. The physical component of this program is treated as a core part of development — not simply a supplement to it.
This environment is intentionally selective and demanding by design. It is built for athletes who are prepared to be challenged, held accountable, and coached closely throughout the summer by staff who are deeply invested in their long-term development both on and off the court.
