Positional Prep Camp
Positional Prep Camp (U13–U14)
📅 June 13–14, 2026
Saturday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 All Elite Fitness – Langley
Our Positional Prep Camp is designed for U13–U14 club athletes preparing for Provincial Team tryouts, as well as motivated athletes looking for additional touches, high-level coaching, and intentional technical training this off-season. The camp also provides an opportunity for athletes and families to experience our coaching style, training environment, and development pathway while giving our staff an opportunity to identify athletes who may be a fit for future invite-only Peak Performance Programs and other high-performance training opportunities.
Our goal is not simply to provide repetitions, but to teach athletes how to train. Whether they are peppering with a friend, practicing at home, attending another camp, training on the beach, or participating in school tryouts, we want athletes to understand the technical details behind each skill so they can continue improving regardless of where they are getting touches.
By the end of the camp, we aim for each athlete to leave with a deeper understanding of proper technique, skill execution, and game concepts, along with practical knowledge they can immediately apply in any volleyball environment throughout the summer.
Session Structure:
Throughout the weekend, athletes will spend dedicated time learning and refining the foundational skills of volleyball: passing, setting, attacking, serving and defence. Each skill will be taught individually before being progressively integrated into game-like situations, helping athletes understand how all aspects of the game connect together.
At this stage of development, it is critical that athletes learn every skill and responsibility on the court—not just those associated with their primary position. The athletes who develop the highest volleyball IQ are typically the most well-rounded players. Our objective is to help athletes build strong technical habits, improve consistency, and develop a deeper understanding of the game that will transfer into tryouts, practices, competitions, and future training opportunities throughout the off-season.
This camp is open to all U13 and U14 athletes competing at the Division 1 Level at provincials. Athletes who do not meet the above criteria are still welcome to apply. Acceptance will be based on current skill level, experience, work ethic, and overall fit within the training environment.
