Junior Off Season Tailored Training Program (Invite-Only)
This invite-only program is built for junior athletes we've identified through past programs, camps, or applications as having three or more of the following key qualities: Power, Skill, IQ, Disciple, and Edge. Athletes selected for this group are serious about their game and committed to making the most of their off-season.
Training will run twice a week throughout June, with 8 high-intensity sessions designed to push athletes in a focused, competitive environment. While group-based, sessions will include targeted drills and coaching based on each athlete’s position and developmental needs. Training will feature a mix of technical development, position-specific reps, and live gameplay.

Training Times (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM):
Tuesdays: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
Thursdays: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Coaches: Coach Cornwall & Coach Julio
Julio joins us from Argentina, where he most recently coached with the Women’s National Teams. Before recently relocating to Canada with his family, he led professional teams and developed top-tier athletes across Europe. Julio is hands-down the most technically skilled coach we’ve ever worked with, bringing expert-level knowledge in all areas of the game—from passing and setting to attacking and blocking. His ability to elevate athletes across every position makes him an invaluable part of our program, and we’re lucky to have him leading this off-season group.
