One-Time Strategy Session
Perfect for athletes who are beginning the recruiting process or looking for direction on what to prioritize next.
There is more information available than ever before about post-secondary recruiting—but there is also more confusion. Athletes often find themselves wondering what level they should be pursuing, whether certain showcases are worth attending, when to start contacting coaches, or simply whether they're on the right path to reach their goals.
The purpose of this one-on-one session is to provide athletes and their families with guidance, clarity, and direction. Rather than making decisions based on social media, what teammates are doing, or guesswork, we'll work together to build a personalized plan that reflects your goals, current stage of development, and long-term aspirations.
This session is designed to help athletes leave with a 6–12 month roadmap—a practical plan that outlines where to focus your time and energy both on and off the court.
Topics may include:
Prioritizing technical, tactical, athletic, and physical development
Building a weekly or monthly training schedule that supports your long-term goals
Identifying university programs and competition levels that align with your current stage of development
Choosing camps, showcases, and recruiting opportunities that are worthwhile for you
Understanding the recruiting timeline and when to begin communicating with coaches
Planning highlight videos, recruiting profiles, and coach outreach
Setting clear priorities and measurable goals for the next 6–12 months
Answering any recruiting or development questions you or your family may have
Every athlete's situation is different, so every session is individualized. Some athletes may spend more time discussing training and development, while others may focus on recruiting strategy, school selection, communication with coaches, or planning the next stage of their journey.
While this session is designed to provide informed guidance based on our experience in athlete development and post-secondary recruiting, it is not a guarantee of recruitment or placement at any specific institution.
Eligibility
This service is available exclusively to athletes who have participated in an Aspiring Athlete program since January 2025. Our recommendations are built on more than a single conversation—they're based on the firsthand knowledge we've gained through coaching and observing each athlete's abilities, habits, and development over time. That familiarity allows us to provide more meaningful, individualized guidance and realistic recommendations.
