This is an invite only training program designed for club athletes who are serious about their development and committed to maximizing their off-season. All interested athletes must complete our application or contact us directly to be considered, regardless of previous involvement with our programs. This program is designed to reflect the standards and expectations of post-secondary and high-performance volleyball environments, ensuring athletes are not only improving their skills, but developing as complete athletes.
Junior Program
Total Training Volume: 10 hours on court
Investment: Approximately $28/hour
On-Court:
June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, and 19
Wednesdays: 5:00pm–7:00pm
Fridays: 5:00pm–7:00pm
Optional Gym Sessions:
Tuesdays 4:30pm + Saturdays 11am
On-Court Sessions: Walnut Grove Secondary School
Optional Gym Sessions: SmartFit Personal Training 6820 188 St #114, Surrey, BC V4N 5J8
Sessions will be led by our nationally respected coaches in a focused, high-performance training environment for five sessions. Unlike many other environments, we intentionally operate in a small-group, single-court setting with a maximum of 16 athletes per program. This allows for a higher level of attention to detail, consistent feedback, meaningful repetition, and closer coaching relationships throughout training.
Alongside on-court development, athletes are encouraged to join us for a a structured strength and conditioning program designed to improve strength, power, movement quality, and overall athletic performance. The strength and conditioning program runs twice a week, for the duration of June and will help provide them with a strong foundation for the rest of the summer!
