The off-season is arguably the most important time of year for indoor athletes. While most shift their focus to beach volleyball, we believe that the spring and summer should be built around strength and performance training—unless your primary goal is to pursue beach volleyball at the post-secondary level.

This is when athletes make their biggest physical gains—improvements that translate directly onto the court. Speed, explosiveness, agility, and overall athleticism are developed now, not during the season.

Our program is designed to maximize that window. Athletes will train 3 times per week, following a structured plan focused on building strength, power, and movement efficiency.

Registration is available in monthly options, with a full three-month commitment strongly recommended for the best results.
