Aspiring Athlete Middle School HP Prep Clinic!
Join Us for a Six-Week HP Prep Clinic!
Designed for middle school (Grade 7 & 8) club-level athletes eager to develop their skills, prepare for provincial team tryouts, and be identified for future opportunities in our Aspiring Athlete High School Program, this clinic is led by experienced Aspiring Athlete coaches — bringing high-level insight and intentional coaching to every session.
With small class sizes, athletes will benefit from personalized feedback and a competitive training environment aimed at helping them elevate their game.
📍 Location: Walnut Grove Secondary School (Small Gym)
📅 Dates: Wednesdays, May 14th – June 18th
⏰ Time: 7:00PM – 9:00PM
What to Expect:
Athletes will train using a blend of box-style drills to fine-tune and correct technique — focusing on high-rep, detail-oriented work such as arm swing mechanics, serving, and efficient footwork. These controlled environments allow athletes to break down and rebuild their fundamentals with precision. Training will also include integrated gameplay scenarios that simulate real match conditions. This balanced approach bridges technical development with game-readiness, helping athletes build both consistency and tactical decision-making in live scenarios.
