A focused 40-minute session with Coach Cornwall, centered around your highlight video—where we break down clips, structure, and overall presentation to make sure it stands out to coaches. These sessions are available exclusively to athletes enrolled in our programming.
Each session is tailored to the athlete—while the primary focus is your highlight video, we can also dive into any aspect of the recruiting process based on your needs.

Sessions can be booked on an as-needed basis, allowing athletes to receive ongoing support throughout their recruiting journey.
Cost: $75 per session.
What’s Included
Receive a detailed video assessment from Julio Gimenez, an FIVB Level 1 & 2 Instructor with decades of high-performance and professional coaching experience. Fully certified to coach at the national team level, Julio brings a level of expertise that is rarely accessible to youth athletes in BC.
Athletes will submit a skills video (via YouTube or Hudl), up to a maximum of 5 minutes. Clips must be taken from one full game, organized by skill in order, and shown whistle-to-whistle (full play). Short, isolated clips are not accepted, as they do not provide enough context for proper evaluation.
Each athlete will receive clear, position-specific feedback along with actionable next steps for development.
Position-Specific Focus:
Outsides: Attacking, Passing, Defence
Middles: Blocking, Attacking, Serving
Setters: Setting, Defence, Blocking
Liberos: Passing, Defence, Serving
Cost: $50 per assessment.
